Rich, yet mellow taste and fragrance that becomes nuttier and fuller as it ages, lingering longer on the palate. The cheese has a firm, dry texture and is ivory to butter in color.
DUERO Ibérico Semi-Cured
Made with raw sheep, goat and cow’s milk.
A very particularly mild flavor and a semi-firm texture. The cow´s milk contributes smoothness and good dairy qualities, the goat, tartness and tang, and the sheep´s milk rounds everything off with a rich buttery creaminess.
