Gordal and Hojiblanca Olive Cocktail Skewers

Ingredients:

 Green Gordal olives
 Black Hojiblanca olives
 Confit tomatoes
 Thin slices of Spanish ham
 Fresh cheese pieces

Preparation:

1. Cut the fresh cheese into cubes. Roll the ham slices.
2. Assemble the Olives from Spain, confit tomatoes, ham slices and cheese cubes on wooden sticks.
3. Place on a serving tray.
