Original Sweet Olive Oil Torta
Ines Rosales Olive Oil Tortas are unique for two reasons – firstly because they are handmade, which gives these timeless products an authentic and inimitable touch and secondly because they are prepared using only natural and healthy ingredients, such as 100% Premium Quality Virgin Olive Oil. Tortas are 100% natural flat, circular cakes, about 12 centimeters (5 inches) in diameter made with wheat flour, extra virgin olive oil and aromatic spices. Ines Rosales Original Olive Oil Tortas is somewhere between sweet and savoury, which a hint of aniseed, with the Tortas made to exactly the same recipe that Inés Rosales revived in 1910.
Unbleached wheat flour, extra virgin olive oil (24%), sugar, anise seeds, sesame seeds (0.6%), yeast, sea salt, natural anise essence.
Rosemary & Thyme Savory Olive Oil Torta
The combination of these delicate and tasty herbs enhances the flavor of these Tortas and will make you feel the fusion of aromas of the Mediterranean.
Unbleached wheat flour, extra virgin olive oil (26%), whole wheat flour, sea salt, sugar, yeast, thyme (0.6%), rosemary (0.3%).
