Paella tasting tour with Rafael Margalef

Mark your agenda. If you are coming to visit our Spanish pavilion at SIAL Toronto, you might meet him in person. Otherwise you will have no more than 10 days and a couple of opportunities to live a unique experience by tasting the fantastic paella made with the hand-milled Bomba rice from Molí de Rafelet by Rafael Margalef.

About Rafael Margalef…

The Margalef family has been growing rice in the Ebro River Delta area since 1910. After more than 100 years, Rafael Margalef and his sister Teresa are the 3rd generation to operate the traditional wooden mill, using the same milling process, in order to produce hand-milled rice with exceptional culinary properties. To say the least, Rafael is in the best position to create one of the best paella you will ever try featuring his very own delicious Bomba rice.
